Christ has called us not to do religious works but to engage souls with the gospel of Jesus Christ to engage souls; sometimes, we get so caught up in the work of ministry that we neglect the very heart and purpose of why we do the work. The work is not where God is glorified. God is glorified when Jesus is manifest through me.
